Return Policy

No Refunds: All sales are final and non-refundable. In certain cases, merchandise exchanges or store credit may be offered.

Order Cancellation: Cancellations must be requested in writing and approved by the manufacturer before processing.

Returns (Within 7 Days): No restocking fee for returns made within 7 days, provided items are unopened and retain the manufacturer’s seal. Opened items will incur a minimum 10% restocking fee.

Returns (After 7 Days): A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned goods for credit after 7 days.

Store Credit: No store credit will be issued after 15 days. Special orders are non-returnable.

Customer Responsibility: Customers must return items to our facility for exchange.

Returned Checks: A $25.00 fee applies for any returned checks.

Damaged Items: Claims for damaged items must be made within 2 days of receiving the merchandise. Items must be returned in original packaging with all parts included.

Shipping & Handling: Prices do not include shipping or handling fees, which are non-refundable, including refused or unaccepted packages.
